A “Social” is an NE-DS sponsored event held for a small group of participants, usually held at a private venue with location information given upon paid registration. It’s educational, supportive, social and fun! It is not large like our themed play parties that host over 200 participants.

     Are you new to the lifestyle? Uncomfortable with large groups, going alone or don’t know members in the community? Experienced NE-DS members will welcome you, and share tips about negotiation, safety, consent and scene etiquette.

The smaller size of a Social provides time and opportunity for you to spend time with others who share your interests and learn more about the lifestyle.

Participants must register in advance at our online “Store.” The fee covers food and refreshments. No refunds or substitutions.
