PARTY RULES 

  • Guests must be at least TWENTY-ONE (21) years of age.

  • All Guests are expected to present a valid ID, and both read and sign a waiver stating they understand the nature of the event they are attending.

  •  Fees collected are for the purpose of supporting the sponsoring entity’s expenses, and do not entitle payer to anything other than admission to the event. NE-DS is NOT a sex club, and NE-DS does NOT provide partners for people. Prostitution, solicitation, and negotiation of compensation for sexual services ARE ILLEGAL and will not be tolerated. Violations shall result in immediate removal and banning from future events. Scene professionals may not accept payment for any services rendered at a NE-DS hosted or sponsored event.

  • No illegal substances of any kind are allowed at NE-DS events and firearms and firearm replicas may not be brought into any NE-DS event.

  • The dungeon safeword is “RED”.

  •  All play shall be consensual. NE-DS does not condone, suggest or approve non-consensual behaviors or activities or unsafe practices!

  •  Normal scene etiquette is required.

  •  Please do not monopolize the equipment (A good rule of thumb - if people are waiting do not stay on any one piece of equipment for more than 70 minutes).

  •  Bring your own equipment, props and toys for your type of play.

  • Bring bodily fluid concerns to the attention of the Dungeon Monitors.

  • Insertable toys, oral, and sexual intercourse are permitted IF PRECAUTIONS ARE MADE TO AVOID FLUID CONTAMINATION ON FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT ON THE PREMISES.

  •  Please clean up after your scene. Leave all equipment free of sweat, blood, other bodily fluids, wax, toys, etc.  Please use cleaning materials provided.

  • Remember, do not touch other persons or property without first asking permission. Never assume a submissive is “fair game”.  No one is fair game here. Always ask first.

  • Never handle other person’s toys or toy bag without permission.

  • Smoke in designated areas OUTDOORS only.  Please use the ashtrays provided. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the lawn or the driveway.  

  • Who you see and where these events are held will be kept CONFIDENTIAL.

SPECIAL NOTE

Wax (indoor and outdoor play), fire (outdoor play), and some medical scenes involving bodily fluids need to be brought to the Dungeon Monitor’s attention prior to play. If an area has been set aside for those purposes, only use that area.  Place the approved fire extinguisher next to the scene, and have a wet towel next to you, water and whatever other safety precautions need to be in place. Also, arrange for a “second” A PERSON WHO KNOWS WHAT TO DO IN AN EMERGENCY.
